
We had a super cold workout this weekend.
Saturday was an all team workout with an open water swim, strength training, spinning on our traininers and of course a run! It was 29 degrees when we parked and started!!
Not a cloud in the sky, but it was cold. (In an effort of full disclosure I did pass on the swim as it was so cold, but did strength training instead.)

Guess it's time to "Iron Up" as they say, need to workout even if it's cold!
